Gina Tomes
Gina has spent more than 30 years developing innovative programs that support women, children, and families facing poverty, homelessness, and complex barriers. As Executive Director in Nebraska, she leads Guiding Grace with a long-term vision for family stability, wraparound support, and lasting transformation.
Meghan DeLuca
Meghan brings a strong background in nonprofit strategy, systems development, and community partnership to her role as Executive Director in Florida. She helps lead Guiding Grace’s family-centered work by building sustainable programs that restore stability and create pathways toward long-term independence.
