Meghan DeLuca advances innovative nonprofit strategies that dismantle the root causes of family crisis nationwide. As Executive Director for Florida with the Guiding Grace Family Support Network, she leads the development of residential and community-based models designed to restore stability and create long-term independence for families.

With over 20 years in commercial and residential development, Meghan brings a rare operational perspective to nonprofit leadership. Her background in systems development and infrastructure planning informs her approach to building programs that are both compassionate and structurally sustainable. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management.

Meghan is known for cultivating collaborative partnerships across nonprofit, civic, and community sectors to expand access to effective family support systems. She actively shapes policy and advocacy at national, state, and regional levels that advance solutions for vulnerable families and strengthen models of residential care and community-based services.

A national speaker and advocate, Meghan shares insights on nonprofit leadership, family-centered care models, and sustainable strategies for breaking cycles of generational poverty and crisis. Grounded in her Christian faith, she is committed to creating environments where individuals and families can experience restoration, rebuild stability, and move toward lasting independence.
